Andy started his own brokerage in 2014, with the desire to create thoughtful, extraordinary moments for clients in an industry that can be solely focused on mediocre transactions. He recognized the need and knew he could deliver a better product than the industry standard.

 

With a love for people and a profound understanding of the significance of home, Andy exceeds expectations of the traditional real estate agent, delivering an experience that’s exceptional, unconventional and personal. He also places a lot of value on humor, hence an often-muttered motto of, “I sell real estate because I love people and people love having shelter.”

 

Funny and true. He approaches every day with a sense of awakened purpose. He understands that life brings choices. Our response to those choices defines our character and shapes the way we live. Andy chooses to make a positive difference, not only through Element Sotheby's International Realty but throughout every single aspect of his life.

 

He founded the Awake Your State accountability movement which emphasizes how one’s positive outlook and energy can have an undeniable impact on others. Andy’s a devoted husband to Courtney and dad to three cool kids – Oscar, Auggie, and Poppy. Ultimately, the joy of being involved in the experience in helping others reach their goals is what drives him each day.
